Crackle is back !!!

A lot of nail polish fans have been asking for crackle polish for a long time now. Call it nostalgia if you like but the demand has been growing lately and it seems like manufacturers have finally heard us.

While in the past the product range has been very limited and the effect rather disappointing, a few new products have already or are going to hit the markets.

While Barry M with their "Instant Nail Effect" and Opi with "Black Shatter" have played it safe with a single black product,

China Glaze has once again decided to be innovative and is offering us a wide range of colors to choose from. On the official China Glaze blog, a sneak peek of this upcoming collection has been put online :

The collection will consist in six different Crackle colors :
Black Mesh (black crackle)
Lightening Bolt (white crackle)
Broken Hearted (pink crackle)
Cracked Concrete (grey crackle)
Crushed Candy (teal crackle)
Fault Line (purple crackle).


But because I couldn't wait until they released a few more pictures of these, I have decided to show you what I'd love them to be so I made a few experiments and this is what I came up with :

Of course these may not be the colors that will be available for sale but I had fun doing them and I hope I'll have some more fun layering them.
