Hi guys! It's that time of the year again!
The time when the utterly talented Leah Ann Llarowe treats us with a brand new Colors by Llarowe collection! When someone gets to see first hand la crème de la crème of the indie polish world, you can be sure they put a very high standard to their creations.
The Colors by Llarowe Summer collection consists of 35 (yes 35!) nail polishes : 15 holos / holo glitters, 9 glitters, 8 jellies / crellies and 3 shimmers.
I have 20 of them to show you today. A very picture heavy post so I'll try and keep descriptions on point.
The shimmers :
I received 2 of them : Holiday Road and Connie's Nosy Neighbor.
A third color, Alternate Universe, is available for purchase.
Formula and application were nice and easy. They both had intense coarse shimmer, almost glass flecked, and reached sufficient coverage with 2 coats. Holiday Road showed a tiny bi of VNL so you might feel like adding a third coat depending on your nail length / personal preference. Swatches below show them with regular and with matte topcoat.

Five other colors are available for purchase : Candy is Dandy, Frenzy, Liquor is Quicker, Smokin' In The Boy's Room and Strawberry Wine.

I received 5 of them : I'm Seeing Spots, My Own Reality, Opals & Lace, Purple is My Crack and Soccer Mom.
Four other colors are available for purchase : Beautiful Disaster, Independence Day, Mystery & Mayhem and Subtle Little Number.
Perfect application, formula and glitter pay-off. I used 1 coats plus topcoats for both glitter toppers and 2 coats plus topcoat for the 3 others.
If you've ever tried Colors by Llarowe holos, you pretty much already know ow amazing they are. Application was easy as a breeze and offered excellent coverage. I used 2 coats and no topcoat in all of my swatches.

I absolutely love CbL! I couldn't tell you how much I've spent lately catching up on older colors and that's not going to end anytime soon!
