The Colors by llarowe Spring 2016 collections are launching tomorrow and I have a bunch of swatches to share with you!
If you haven't heard of these yet, the Spring release actually consists of 2 collections, a main 8-piece set and a 4-piece collection of cremes and shimmers.
Here's the inspiration behind the A Tribute to a Wonderful Friend collection :
First up, the 8 A Tribute to a Wonderful Friend colors :
Jade green is a jade crelly with gold flakies. I used 2 coats plus topcoat but I'd say it's a 2 to 3 coater.
Helen is a muted creamy turquoise crelly with an intense pink to gold to red shimmer. Two coats plus topcoat used below.
Did You Know You're My Hero? is a bright blue crelly with an intense pink to gold to red shimmer. Another easy 2 coater.
Miss You My Friend is a light sky blue with an intense linear holo and silver micro flakes. I used 2 coats and no topcoat in y swatch here.
Pretty in Pink is a bright pink with an intense linear holo that's packed with pink, cherry and rose holo micro glitters. Two coats and no topcoat shown below.
You Make Me Smile is a vivid almost neon pinky coral with a soft linear holo and blue/purple shimmers. I applied 2 coats and no topcoat.
Life is a Highway is a magenta/pink jelly with scattered holo and a mix of magenta and purple iridescent micro glitters. Perfect by the second coat.
On the Wings of Eagles is a charcoal taupe crelly with an intense pink to gold to red shimmer. Two easy coats are shown below.
And now, on to the 4 Creme and Shimmers :
Bow Chicka Wow Wow is a neon coral pink with blue and purple sheen. I used coats plus topcoat.
Barney Sucks is a bright lilac purple creme. Opaque by the second coat.
Ain't Nobody Leavin' Til We Sing the Blues is a creamy vivid blue cree with purple undertones. Another easy 2 coater.
Freeze Frame is a charcoal jelly with an intense blue shimmer. Again, 2 coats plus topcoat used.
Overall :
And we have yet another great CbL release! There are less holos this time but the shimmers are so amazing that I wouldn't change a thing.
