Happy weekend!
How about a little bit of Enchanted Polish magic today? With the first bottles of November, December and Holiday 2014 starting to pop up, it's about time I shared the newest additions to my beloved EP collection :D
La La Land is a medium blue holo leaning turquoise with a subtle pink shimmer. Very difficult to describe, both vibrant and muted at the same time, probably due to the contrast between the warm shimmer, holo rainbow and touch of gray in the base. Formula was creamy and easy to apply, I used 2 coats in my swatches below.
August 2014 is a deep emerald green shimmer that shifts to sapphire blue and royal purple. I didn't expect this at all for August, especially given that all of the other monthlies have been holo so far. But... I must say that it's glorious! Perfectly smooth, even and pigmented, it dried to a glass-like finish and lots of depth and a strong multichrome color shift. Coats used : 2 plus topcoat.
Yes it IS the same polish in all of these pictures! I'm sorry, not only haven't I been able to narrow down my swatches but I also have a natural lighting pic. There's lots of glare from my windows but it shows how strong the multichrome can be under "normal" conditions.
September 2014 is a vivid blue based pink holo with a strong flame and extra pink shimmers. Such a happy color, definitely the kind of pink I love. Flawless formula and application, shown here : 2 coats and no topcoat.
October 2014 is a blackened base with a strong gold shimmer that shift to green under extreme angles and results in a vampy olive green holo. I've had a thing for this particular type of color for as long as I can remember, I know they'r not for everyone but I'm literally obsessed. I used 2 easy coats in my swatches below.

La La Land was a "right place at the right time" surprise release but has been available during this week's Nail Polish Canada restock so it might be back on the Pshiiit Boutique, Mei Mei Signatures or Femme Fatale Cosmetics at one point *fingers crossed*
