Colors by Llarowe Spring 2014 Collection Review. Part 3 : The Jellies & Glitters!

Hi guys!
I hope you're all having a great Monday. I promised you the rest of the Colors by Llarowe Spring 2014 collex but I really needed a lazy Sunday yesterday, I'm sure you can all relate. So today I'll be showing you the last 6 polishes I received : 3 jellies and 3 glitters!

First up : the jellies!
Before we begin, you must know that these are really sheer so unless you have short nails with very minimum free edge, you will have visible nail line, like very visible. I don't think any of them is buildable to full opacity and my nails being longer than usual at the moment, I might not be best suited to show them BUT for nailart they offer so many possibilities! I already have a few ideas in mind so as soon as I can get back to swatching again (and hopefully before the next restock) I'll show them to you.

Now back to the review :

Tweety Bird is a bright yellow tinted jelly. This is the most sheer of the bunch but it's such a pretty color. I used 3 thin coats and no topcoat.

Ocean Water is an aqua blue jelly. Very fitting name for a beautiful color. This one was more pigmented and almost covered completely in 3 coats which is what you're looking at here.

Grape Juice is a very dark blue-blurple jelly. Because it's such a dark color, application was a bit harder on this one and I had no work slowly and wait between coats to avoid any bald spots. This, again, is 3 coats.

And now the glitters. I promised you 3 but it's more 2 glitters and a flakie...

Nobody Makes Emily Twerk in a Corner, also known as NMETIAC, is an aqua blue jelly mixed with gold, silver and iridescent glitter pieces. If you're unfamiliar with Emilie, she's one of the amazing girls working with Lea Ann (in charge of customer support I believe). I can't help but think that working at Llarowe must be pretty exhausting but also so much fun! Anyway, NMETIAC is a gorgeous jelly glitter, I love everything about it, the base color and consistency, glitters, depth, glossiness, everything. Pics below show 2 coats plus topcoat.

Look at Me I'm Sandra Dee is a mix of ultra fine pink and silver holo micro glitters resulting in a subtle but visible linear effect. I usually love those fine and dense glitters and this one's no exception! I used 3 thin coats plus topcoat.

Polishing Under the Influence is a beautiful and well balanced mix of assorted metallic flakes in a clear base resulting in an overall coppery purple look. I've never seen anything like it, so unique! I used 3 coats plus topcoat.

Overall :
Like I said I can't wait to be able to nail art with the jellies but I still wanted to show them under regular conditions but those glitters! If I had to pick a favorite, I think it'd be a tie between Look at Me I'm Sandra Dee and NMETIAC.
